"“It’s a fifteen minutes performance during which I’ll use a camera, beamer and theatre lamps. There is room for an audience of twenty people. They’ll see me 'en profile', the camera is positioned right in front of me and a beamer will project my image en face on the wall.

As I talk into the camera, my projection is talking to the audience. Sometimes I’ll turn to them directly, at other times I direct myself at the projection questioning my own presence.

The texts have mainly been determined beforehand and focus on the reality of the situation. Depending on de group and individuals in the audience I might make room for improvisation. By using reality I’ll question our usual way of looking at things. Playfully I’ll take the audience with me on a search to discover the difference between reality and the representation of this reality.

What is this reality and what are we presented with? How do we see things and how can we change our outlook? Is my two dimensional projection as real as I am? I do not give answers. I ask question but never literally. I call things by a name just to doubt them later on. I perform for, against and with the audience.” (FB)
