Through server, self programmed software and hardware and the internet, Aart is connected to the world. Through www.mediaartfriesland.nl and in Kunsthuis SYB you can control Aart – he can also go outside, buy something for you, or say something. Berthe Salegos uses herself as a machine to register intimate moments in the public space. Her interactive installation Coïncidence is composed in Kunsthuis SYB and displays the public intimate moments. The project as a whole plays with the workings of remembering and perception.
