Welcome to the 10th Media Art Festival. We celebrate this first decade in the historic grounds of the former society Amicitia.

From 1840 until 1902 this was the place for Science and Art. The right place at the right time. The opening on the 13th of September at 5.00 pm until 12.00 am will be grand. On the third floor of Amicitia at the Nieuweweg 1A in Leeuwarden we will present a beatfull, expressive and shiny programme of performances, concerts and acts. Karel Doing and Nora Matirosyan will exhibit at the Fries Museum. De opening of the exhibition by London man Chris Cornish will take place at 7.00 pm in VHDG.

Individual, art lover, film fan, gamer, gallery, festival or master education will all come to look and to select at the Media Art Festival Friesland: for you because you want to know just that bit more.
